Have tried all of the bigger brands ie You Foodz, Muscle Chef etc and these are all packed with loads of unhealthy additives. But Lifestyle Meal Prep is an amazing healthy alternative, with great choice of meal sizes. Great customer service also from Milton and his team!

Hands down the best Meal Prep Service in Melbourne. I usually struggle to hit my macros especially on a bulk and most other meal prep services don’t cater for large portioned meals. This makes it so easy to stay on track and the meals are absolutely delicious!
